From time to time i am for busines reasons in Madagascar. In my free time i try to activate 5R8 on bands above 10 MHz. I DONOT undertake any DX-Pedition to 5R8. I just make QSOs for fun.

All 5R8UO QSL-cards for for the activities 2006-2008, which were requested via bureau (received till December 2008) or requested directly, have been answered the same way.  If you do not get a qsl in a reasonable time frame (up to 1-3 year(s) via buro), send me an e-mail (qsl-manager-call (at) darc.de).

Direct requests will be handled ASAP (donot forget SAE plus 2 green stamps or IRC; due to weak US$, one green stamp does not cover the costs for a letter anymore; Germany/France also SASE). Please be a little bit patient also for direct requests. I am my own qsl manager. When travelling, which happens very often, i cannot answer qsl requests. Instead of green stamp or IRC, you can also send me min 25 different used (cancelled) stamps from your country (i am also interested in exchanging stamps worldwide).

NEW: To speed up the qsl-bureau process, you can also send me a mail with the qso-details. I will drop then a card to the bureau. However please send me also a card via the bureau (i like nice cards) and note on it your e-mail request.

All logs till Dec. 2008 have been uploaded to LOTW and E-QSL.

Last activity : 12.9.2009 to 20.9.2009 (about 800 qso's from 40 to 10m in my free time besides the bussines).
