UPDATE: Jan, 25 2013. We are now shipped all OQRS requests received up to Dec, 10th and all direct requests received till Dec, 1st. We will sent out ALL OQRS and Directs till the end of January!
One third of OQRS in January are DUPLICATES! Please AVOID REQUESTING OQRS AGAIN as we have no intention to squeeze any money out of you!
Some of the cards got to their destinations within US in three weeks even thought the were sent from US. Some of the cards never made it to destinations withint US at all.
Record was set by local destination point in Russia - 1000 miles in 2,5 month.
FOR THOSE, WHO SENT CARDS AND OQRS REQUESTS: We will send OQRS and Direct cards over and over up untill you'll get it WITHOUT ANY MONEY!
If you didn't received our card till the end of February, please e-mail us, WE'LL SEND IT AGAIN FOR NO CHARGE!
Entire log was uploaded to LOTW in August, 2012. If you still don't have your contact confirmed - there is something wrong with either time or date of the contacts you uploaded to LOTW. Please check, refresh your log and if the issue remain the same - report it to us.
Cards are printed and received by manager on Oct, 18 2012. Please allow us some time till you'll get them by mail. Another print was picked up in Japan on Nov, 27 and hand delivered to QSL manager in Moscow.
Dec, 14 2012 another 1,000 OQRS envelopes was brought to US post office with US cards. Those included some Canadian, Mexican, Brasilian and US territories. We got reports of people receiving their cards already. This still is the quickest way to get the cards in US as we hearing reports of cards getting to their European destinations after more than 20 days in the Mail.As of now we are almost done with OQRS (around 500 left for US) and half-through in Direct requests.
Today Dec, 18 2012 we stopped shipping cards out because of the known Russian pre-holiday period extravaganza at Russian Post office. We will resume shipping after New Year's holiday in Russia (Dec, 30 - Jan, 8).
After Jan, 8we will send prepared cards. All the cards will be out till Jan, 31st (OQRS and Direct). If you will not get your card till the end of the February - let us know, we will re-send it for sure.
Bureau cards will be start shipping February 2013.
