8S4S is a vanitycall used for my SM4 vacation QTH. Since December 2006, I have made the ham radio gear remotely operable via internet. The radio is a IC-706mkII. Antennas are some dipoles and verticals. Antenna switching and softwares are homebrew, except for the excellent Ham Radio Deluxe, used for rig control.

During the summer and winter vacations I usually work on the antennas and hardware rather than actually operating from here.
