I am QSL manager for 9L1A and I reply to your direct requests very fast . BUT some of US hams have big problems: Letters sent to them are rejected by US Post and I receive them back to my address with the note on yellow label : " RETURN TO SENDER - NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED - UNABLE TO FORWARD " You can understand my disappointment - I became very dishonest QSL Manager and YOU are waiting 9L1A QSL for new one, for new band etc.Today onApril 29th 2014 I received 38 letters back. All letters were sent from here on March 5th and all are correct addressed and postage is correct paid. Here is the list of the calls which will not receive 9L1A QSL :

I called today American consul in Croatia Mr Brian Wingate and he promissed that he will try to solve this problem. He is 9A8BKW and he understands the problem - so I sent to him all mentioned letters and let us see what will happen.
Finally - I am afraid that list above will grow. Until now ( Apr 29th ) I sent more than 500 letters, not all to USA but many of them are mailed to USA. I did not receive any letter back from Japan, Germany Russia etc.
I will keep you informed. 73, Tom 9A2AA
Since Apr 29th I received only one letter back. It was E77A ( I am QSL Mgr for him ) card sent to W9CLA.
In the meantime Mr Wingate got the informatin that returned letters are because of the fault of sorting machine there in U.S. Anyway he will send again all returned letters and all persons ( listed up ) will receive their letters.
From now on I will publish here in QRZ.com the callsigns of the stations if their letter was returned and I will send them Email to inform them what happened. Please do not disturb Mr. Wingate any longer with this problem.
By the way the same problem appeared to 9A3JB ( abt 30 letters ) and 9A7N ( 5 letters ).
Best 73, Tom 9A2AA
