My QSL Policy:

I am qsl-ing every qso via E-QSL and LOTW (all qsos after year 1995, are in my computer, but if you need QSL card, e-qsl, or lotw confirmation for the contact before 1995, send me request, i will check my paper log and reply)

I will reply to every first time QSL request received, so if you need my QSL card, send me via buro, and i will back my card also via buro.

For direct QSL, please send request with only properly stamped IRCs or US dollars. Dollar bills are much preferred to IRCs but please note that $2 are required for an airmail reply to anywhere in the world.

Requests without adequate return postage will be returned via the bureau.
