I apologize there were some cases that Japan Post Office returned SASE to sender since there was not valid addressee. It seems that miss communication between post office and me on recent moving of my home caused those cases. Now, it is OK to send to both my old address or new mailing address. If you are the one who corresponds to such case, please let me know when you try again to following address. You do not have to enclose IRC nor GS if you could enclose returned envelope as a evidence instead:

New Mailing address:
Masato Tamura, 2086-13 Daitakubo, Minami-ku, Saitama-city 336-0015 Japan

If you have any trouble with QSL, please let me know by email to ja0rqv@jarl.com
