I was born in Doha in Sptember 12th 1967 and I have been ham radio op since 1993, you can get my QSL card through my QSL manger Mr. Francisco EA7FTR. Our National Day is in 18th Septeber so every  ham in Qatar who is having a valid Qatari amateur radio licnse can operate using his/her callsing/NDQ (National Day of Qatar) for 4 days starting two days before the NDQ also NDQ activation via EA7FTR and here are how my QSL cards looks like :
