If we have not worked each other yet I look forward to meeting you on the air. I was first licensed in 1970 as a novice (WN6BTF). Over the next few years I upgraded to advanced with the call of WA6BTF. In 1976 we moved from California to Oregon and a new call (WB7EMO). Within a few years I upgraded to extra class and the present call of AA7CU. I was involved with the Navy MARS program for many years (call N0BMI and later when they changed the format NNN0BMI) and got involved with RTTY, handling hundreds of messages from our service men and women to their families. During this same time I was heavily involved with the national traffic system (NTS) handling many messages per month along with covering net control and net managing of both CW and SSB nets. I retired in 2002 from the newspaper industry after 45 years. We became full time RVERS. In the last eight years we have been on the road and have seen much of the USA. We have had a great time. I now run a low power station from our RV. Ten watts maximum into a High Sierra Sidekick vertical antenna on the RV roof. I love CW and PSK31 modes. Please look for me on 40 meters and up on the lower part of the bands or on the digital area of the bands. I will QSL direct (no return envelope or stamp required) or via LoTW, Eqsl or The Bureau. I am a member of the ARRL and NAQCC #2923, Fists #14241. I have WAC and WAS both mixed modes awards and need to confirm eight more countries for the first 100 countries for the DXCC award (not an easy task with ten watts and a six foot mobile antenna). I will be looking for you on the air. Until then good luck and the best to you and yours. Last modified: Wed Nov 11 15:29:31 2009 Does this page contain inappropriate content?
