Amateur radio is just great.  I was brought up very near the ARRL and as a boy would be in wonder about those antennas at W1AW.  It took many years before I became a ham and operated from W1AW.   I started out as a short- wave listener while in my early teens.  I had a small radio show on WPOP while still in high school.  Today, I help high school students learn about careers in broadcasting at KASB FM.  What fun.

I'm using an 80+ meter non-resonant grounded loop on all the HF bands.
