My job in vertical transportation industry brought me to this great country and I operated a few times using my Indian call sign W3/VU2AEA. When FCC decided to remove CW, I decided to go take the CW test to get a US callsign. THe VE's at Baltimore Amateur Radio Club asked me to complete all 4 elements in sequence. I passed elements 1, 2 & 3 easily and finally completed element 4 too. CW test at 5 wpm was simply too easy. My name appeared on the FCC ULS list on Monday, November 13, 2006 with assigned callsign AB3EH in Amateur Extra class. I feel great each time I get on air with this callsign. My job has once again moved me from New Jersey to Maryland, my 4th move in just three years.

I now live in a townhome and I hope to put up some antennas. As before, I will be experimenting with stealth antennas which is fun by itself. I use Yaesu FT-950, the best mid-class HF radio ever built in its class. I will also be using Ham-sticks mounted on the balcony. I will mostly operate on low power and push out about 20 watts power at any time. I have succeeded in making several contacts with this setup. Please lookout for a weak signal from AB3EH. The photo is me operating at the Field Day 2008 at DSRC. Thank you for looking and 73 to all
