Kenwood High School is located in Essex, Maryland FM19sh and several years ago had the call K3IVM. The schools radio club was started by Mr. Joe Donat who was a science teacher at the school. Joe is now a silent key and plans are to get students interested in amateur radio again in the near future. Kenwood High School is affiliated with the AERO Amateur Radio Club W3PGA and the club uses the call AE3RO for the Field Day GOTA station where visitors and youngsters can experience communicating using amateur radio
