We relocated from Australia Aug 15 2010 after retiring. My Australian call sign is VK2APG . Most people call me Gerry. My Xyl is originally from Michigan but she has lived in Oregon and Washington hence the move to the country area 45 miles north of Spokane Washington where we found this beautiful 2.8 acre property.
We have great neighbours one actually helped me erect my 2 towers!! Our equipment is IC7700 FT1000 mk5, FT847, and FTDX560. Amp is Emtron DX1B .
Antennas are 3 el SteppIR with 40 mx element. 6 el 6 metre Yagi , 13 el 2 metre yagi. IC706Mk2G in the 4WD. So hope to work you again soonI have to start all over with DXCC here so should be funlook forward to working you on another band.
Our 2nd QTH, is in Waldport Oregon CN74, 400 metres from the Pacific Ocean , using here IC-7700 barefoot to Hex Beam 20-6 metres at 12mts. Any QSLcards can be sent to my Washington address and will be redirected to our Oregon address. We will be travelling back and forth throughout the year between WA and OR.
