I was first licensed in1978. I operate 99% CW. I think have a mike somewhere up in the attic. I really enjoy chasing countries. I now have 351 mixed and 349 CW confirmed. Waiting for P5 and ZS8 on CW. Not overly optimistic, but maybe someday! I am now concentrating on 80 and 160 meters. Up to 157 on 160. Also trying to finish up 9BWAZ where I am 15 zones short, mostly low bands. Antennas are a TH11 at 80', an XM240 at 90', 1/4 wave 25G vertical with 120 radials for 160, 80M sloper, 80M dipole @ 70', DXE 80M 1/4 wave vertical, and 2 element beam at 72' for 30M. RX antennas are a K9AY loop, HI-Z8 circle array ( amazing rx antenna!), and 2 KD9SV bidirectional Beverages.The mini antenna farm would not have been possible without the guidance and labor of Don, K4ZA. Rigs are aTenTec Orion II and aTen Tec Paragon with TenTec Titan amp.Hard to believe it's been 35 years!
