I'm running a Yaesu FT-450 to one of two G5RV dipoles @ 40 ft. up (one is oriented north/south and one is oriented east/west).I also have an inverted "L" up at about 60 ft. for 160m. Also, I have 10m and 6m dipoles up as well. I am getting some great DX and distant US contacts even though I'm working barefoot (100w). Also,I'm learning CW, so if you hear me messing up, feel free to e-mail me and straighten me out. I'm very active in the digital modes: PSK31, OLIVIA, RTTY, FELDHELL and whatever else DM780 supports (Thank you, Simon Brown, HB9DRV). As of 2011, JT-65 is a new mode for me. I am also now on ECHOLINK and eQSO. 2012 finds me doing D-STAR with my DVDongle- good fun! Further, I have a healthy VHF/UHF FM station, a Yaesu ft-7800 with an Elk 2m/70cm log periodic on a rotator as well with which I do some simplex calling, but mostly local repeater work/nets.
