Logs are open for 9Y4/AJ9C and P40C (July 2002 and August 2005), H7/AJ9C and PZ5M. If you are sending IRCs for postage you must send IRCs that have been stamped as purchased. Any qsl requests with unstamped IRCs will be returned via the buro as time allows. Direct QSL requests outside of the USA/Canada/ Mexico must send $2 USD or have stamped IRC/ proper postage affixed to the envelope you enclose
