If you QSL to me via Buro, please mark "via BA4EG" on your QSL card. It will be helpful for sending it to me.

If you QSL directly to me, return postage is encouraged, but not necessary. At least, a labal with your address is helpful, it will save my time and avoid mistake. If the QSO in my log, I QSL 100%.

I just QSL all QSOs of myself, so please don't send the QSL cards to other Chinese HAMs via me, unless these Chinese HAMs live in Guangzhou city.
