First licenced in 1977 as WN5OXZ, i upgraded to WB5OXZ the next year.
I was living in GARLAND TX where i managed CAPTAIN Ds Seafood Restaurant at that time.
i moved back to FRANCE in 1980 my call became F6HFE.
I still beleuve that whith my good friends Jack,Philippe;and Toutouye the creation of Radio Club F5KFL inside the water tower of the city of Neuville de Poitou will be my best accomplshment for Ham Radio !!!
.Now retired i live whith my xyl Amina in AGADIR South MOROCCO the gate to the SAHARA Desert.
.I operated QRP 8watts as CN2YF from a 30 years old KENWOOD TS120V and my antenna is a 20 meters delta loop at about 12 meters above steet level near the agadir souk.
In April 2010 i manage to purchase a new "for me " rig.A kenwood TS-180s and the matching power supply.Unfortunatly the matching antenna tuner and I had one back in the 70's
Well this makes a fairly decent "vintage" station putting out 100w
Since i tarted a colletion of Kenwood gear.

Je me suis intéressé à la radfio vers la fin des années 70D'abord écouteur puis ma première license comme novice avec l'indicatif WNOXZ qui devint WBOXZ l'année suivante après passage de l'examenC était a Garland ,banlieue de Dallas où je gérais un restaurant Captain D'S.
De retour en France je devins F6HFE en 1980J'ai succesivement été actif depuis ToursChateaurouxNeuville de Poitou (Poitiers).Nice.
Je garderai comme souvenir la créationdu Radio club F5KFL avec mes chers amis JackToutouye et PhilippeIl fut installé à l'intérieur du chateau d'eau de Neuville de Poitou .!!!!Comme quoi ça peut servir d'être élu au consel municipal!!!!! Contactez les de ma part
Maintenant retraité nous vivons des jours paisibles avec mon épouse adorée Amina à Agadir au sud Maroc.
Je sevissais avec l'indicatif CN2YF depuis le qra en qrp 8 watts avec un antique Kenwood ts-120v.L'antenne est un Loop décrit dans le bulletin des Radio amateur d'Agadir disponible gratuitement sur www.cn8agadir.fr.gd
En Avril 2010 a été acquis un Kenwood TS-180s et son alim ( il me manque la boite de couplage et le vfo pour avoir une "ligne" complète ,au cas ou vous auriez ça dans vos tirroirs pensez à moi!!) ainsi qu'un recepteur Réalistic DX200.Le tout fait une station "vintage" fin années 70 qui pousse ses 100 watts
A prtir du mois du Juin 2010 j'ai passé l'examen pour la licence Marocaine . Je suis maintenant CN8YAN.
