First licensed in 1982 as GM6VDQ later that year upgraded to GM4VHU, interest was VHF / UHF also 10m and 15m, QTH in the North East of Scotland IO87VM

After 20 years licensed in UK, chasing DX, In 2002. I decided to move to Madeira Island, and received the call CT3NA.

Since moving to Madeira I have not been very active, until 2009 when we put up a Mosley mini beam 4 ele, 3 active elements on 10/15/20 and driven element on 12/17 M.

The rig is the FT950 by Yaesu driving the Acom 1010 linear, also I have a Yaesu FT100D which I use on 6M with a 4 ele Yagi

Over the winter of 2010 - 2011 I have been working on 40 metres using a dipole and 600 watts

Now QRV on 4 meters 3ele yagi and transverter 25 watts so look forward to working you on this band .

Top pcture of the shack, bottom picture from shack window, great take off to the south ,but mountains to the north.

Below is the Mosley antenna on a 12m tower, the picture above will be the front of the new QSL, this is taken on the south west coast of Madeira.
