This envelope's sender

I received this envelope completely empty, inside a sealed plastic bag.
Once it has no sender, I can't reply.
If you are the sender of this envelope, please send me an e-mail.

Rubber stamp says:
"Received at Postal Distribution Center - 9700 Angra do Heroismo - with damaged envelope, weighing 4 grams.
Signed: Joana Aguiar
Circuit: 03 Date: 04 January 2014"
Unfortunately, during last few months I have received several torn envelopes. Obviously, any amount that would be inside the envelopes was stolen.
However, on these occasions I had chance to reply because envelopes arrived with sender address or with a QSL inside them.
