Please don´t forget SAE & SASE (EUROPE & OUTSIDE EUROPE) 2 USD.
QSL received Direct with SAE with 2 USD = Direct.
QSL received Direct with SAE and without USD = Bureau.
All QSL cards will be answered but the ones without USD, will take longer (via bureau).
Please do not send IRC!!!!
The maximum number of QSL cards per envelope is 3 or send more USD for shippment fees.

VIA BUREAU:
QSL via Bureau will take a few months to responde. My association is located in Lisbon (Portugal) and i will just send QSL cards 3/4 times per year.
All QSL cards will be responded.

If a QSL was sent to me via direct and you still did not get mine back, please send me an email.
