Born Sept. 19th 1946. first licensed in 1967 as DC6JO. Most active in CW and SSB on all bands above 30 MHz.

Tropo and Aurora and MS as well is very exciting ! Mainly active via satellites like OSCAR 6,7, 8 10, 13, 20, 29 and AO-40.
Best Mode was L/S 1269up 2400 MHz down.VO-52 is quite good too...

Starting 50 MHz operation in 1989. First xband contacts back in 1978/79 .

Since 2006 new with WSJT, JT65b EME, when travelling...

From my portable site in JO43WJ QRV on 144, 432, 1296 2320 MHz  and 10 GHz as well.

Feb-April 2004 again in Pacific.  HF only : Fiji-Kiribati-Marshall-Pohnpei and - back home...

Oct 11th to 23rd 2008 to Madeira CT3/DK2ZF as another field trial for the
planned travel to the South Pacific , QRV 144 MHz and a little bit satellites.

Summer 2009 SM1-Gotland JO96DW and JO98AX.

August 2010 OH0 for last checkout of the 144/432 MHz-EME-equipment. SUCCESFUL.
First in lifetime CW-two-way on 432 MHz with DL9KR. 144 MHz 2x9 ele crossyagi DK7ZB-design 432 2x19 ele crosyagi DK7ZB-design

Sept.-Nov. 2010 CE0Y/DK2ZF and CE2/DK2ZF together with DK7ZB. About 385 EME-contacts on 144 and 432 MHz as well.
Also wkd DL9KR again two-way-CW on 432 MHz

2011 - no activities, still exhausted from CE0Y-ops

2012 August SP2/DK2ZF, KO84TH ( Kashubia) wkd mostly 6m/4m and 2m quite succesful - fishing was poor...

Next trip ??? still open

VHF/UHF from my Contest-site in JO43WJ . antennas are on a 70m steeltower.

Primary user is a GSM/UTMS-operator - my former company--- now retired


2013 July :  NOW QRV on 10368 MHz too.   10W and 65cm dish. ODX so far 755 km by rainscatter
