Another hobby of mine: I am a lover of old trams. I'm not a tram driver, but I had the chance to drive NGT-D8DD and TATRA trams across the city of Dresden! You can do that supervised by an instructor. It is an unique experience! The newest city tram has a total length of 45 meters. Its maximum speed is about 70 km per hour. By the way, the so-called oldtimer "Hecht" (in English: pike) built in 1930 had the same maximum speed!

NGT D12DD - 45m long - manufacture 2003

TATRA T4-D - manufacture 1968
