1st QTH: Am Kastanienhof 9, 30459 Hannover, Germany 2nd QTH: Tilsiter Weg 47, 24161 Altenholz, Germany (QTH of shortwave station) Hello, I´m Peter and I´m living in Hannover, state of lower saxony, in the northern part of Germany. In 1980 I passed my exam and received my VHF license. Finally in 1981 I upgraded to HF privileges (CW exam with 12 wpm) and since that time I have been active with the callsign DL4LAM. I´m a member of the German Amateur Radio Club (DARC), Kiel-Nord (DOK M31), member of GDXF, DIG and ARRL. My interests are DXing and contesting on HF. So I joined the Bavarian Contest Club (BCC). Sometimes I operate DJ6ZM´s station near Munich or you will hear me from Kiel as a guest operator at the station of Steve, DL6LSM. Since 2005 I have been responsible for DQ5T as a trustee. This call will be used for contesting and other activities, during 2010 we commemorated the 30th anniversary of our local radio club Kiel-Nord, M31, part of Deutscher Amateur Radio Club e.V. (DARC). In 2011 I got DN2DL as a Novice call for education purposes. This call allows operation for non-licensed trainees and this concept allows interested people learning by doing operation (of course under control of DL4LAM). I hold an US license (K4RI) and work as a volunteer examiner for ARRL VEC in Germany. In the UK I hold M0HAN as reziprocal callsign . If you want to reach me personally, so try my echolink node with number 5 6 0 1. Hope to see you soon. 73 de Peter, DL4LAM Last modified: 2013-01-20 14:25:02, 2178 bytes cached
