In 2002 I built an Elecraft K2, followed by a K3 in 2009. Currently I'm into building antennas and tuners for the low bands.

My main interest is contesting and DX-ing in CW. I love low signal work on 80m and topband as well as dx-ing on 6m.

For rag-chewing i mostly use a paddle, but you may also find me brasspounding with a straight key. Sorry for the fist ;-)

Believe it or not, this tiny homebrew tuner handles a kilowatt and matches my doublet on 160m/80/40/30m!

Find the design on PA0FRI's webpages.
