QSL cards prefer via E7 QSL-buro !

If you wish to send me QSLs direct, please follow the instructions:

To cover return postage, I prefer SASE and 2 green stamps, or new type IRC valid to 31.12.2016. Applications received direct but without a self-addressed envelope, without sufficient return postage, with old style or improperly stamped IRC's will receive confirmations via the bureau.

QSL CARDS in same envelope: No limit of weight, or number of cards. You can send me all requests for my all clients in same envelope/mail, but over 4 cards must put the third dollar or second IRC coupon. In this case, back-envelope not needs (weight of envelope is bonus for another qsl). I will try to answer a maximum number of cards in my envelope (all details of all clients from my log databases till now). Registered mail is not necessary. Printed-matter and small packets are welcome too.

Also, all letters are welcome with, or without return postage, I'm one of E7 QSL bureau managers, and will help all hams around the world to confirm my country as easier is possible, a specialy on top, magic and WARC bands, and all modes.

Also you can send me e-mail to check details of qso's, and to check details of incoming/outgoing mail, letters, e.t.c.

E7 QSL-buro managers: E73Y,Boris - boris@t93y.com; E77E,Robert - t98u@teol.net;

ANSWERS: All direct requests with covered postage I'm answering a same day via direct. All direct requests without return postage I'm answering a same day via the QSL-buro of the sender. All bureau and e-mail requests I'm answering as sun is possible via bureau too. Prefering bureau job !! We aren't dollar colectors ;-) .

There is no necessity for e-qsl and LotW. SWL requests are welcome, but with some details from log (NO DX-cluster watching !).

Good hunting !

Rob,E77E
