Greetings from Spain, thank you for reading me and for looking up my information in QRZ.com
My name is Rafael (Rafa for my friends).
I began in the ham radio with only 10 years old, when my father gave me a CB Walkie-Talkie with only 2 channels (27 MHz) and then my callsign was "Little Mad Bird". Nowadays, some people still call me by that name.
I am Merchant Marine Radio Officer and I worked in Telefonica's Maritime Service (known as Radio Coastal Station) , in the Radio Maritime Communications Center based on Valencia city.
You can listen to me in all HF bands in SSB, CW and some digital modes.
I use as logbook the EA6DDLog software. It's great, easy and free (only in Spanish Language).
NOTE: I maintain this website in English. Please bear in mind that English is not my native language, so mistakes are inevitable. Comments on spelling and/or grammar are always welcome. I'm willing to learn.
