Born in 1952 I became a SWL at age 15, and continued as an SWL until 1980 when I got my B licence  VHF/UHF EI5AMB. Got the CW 2 years later and my present A call EI5EV. Since then I have been active on all bands 80M to 70CMS, and all modes. Current qso count (April 2014) is 7620 of which 1600 are via satellite which I took up in 2010. In 2013 I achieved DXCC (mixed) and eDX100. In 2014 achieved eGRID Sat award (85 squares). Currently working for Dxcc and  eDX100 single band/mode awards. I QSL via buro ,direct (EU �1, US $2) and  Eqsl, no Lotw. I dont do Facebook Twitter or any other social media. I have been a member of the  Irish Radio Transmitters Soceity since 1969. The station is an IC728 and a FT101ZD for HF, a TS790A for 2M/70cms and satellite, a T2000 for 4M, and a 6M Microwave Modules transverter. Antennas include a Mosley 3el beam, and G5RV for hf., Tonna 19/9 element crossed yagi with AZ/EL control for VHF/UHF/SAT. A 5 element Tonna beam on 6M and a 3el beam for 4M. Currently trying out MS but need to improve my setup. I look forward to meeting you sometime using this wonderful hobby 73 good dx.
