F4GZJ Location JN03QJ 20 km South City TOULOUSE in ,South West France.

THE OLD MAN :

Born 1949, vintage Ham model, no more built, SWL since young but first HAM License only in 2012 when retired. Great interrest for everything fliying, birds, lights and heavy motor planes and gliders, just for fun. ARRL and LoTW member, Uploading dayly my Logs and hope you do the same as LoTW tools are now very simple and powefull. Let's try LoTW you will enjoy Ham Radio World.

ANTENNA SYSTEM :

HF 10m, 15m, 20m & 40 m Cushcraft A3S 3 x elem. Trapped yagi provided with 40 m add on kit. VHF : SIRIO Air Band Yagi working in vertical polarization on the top of the mast. Telescopic Tower CTA 24 m in 4 x 6m elem. + 5m mast, YAESU G-1000 DXC + 2 x Balls Bearings + IDIOM PRESS interface with HRD 5.24 Windy weather cost me 200 hands turn for moving tower down.

HOME RIG : ICOM 7600 + ACOM 1000 PA + ICOM SM20 preamp Microphone. MOBILE : ICOM 7000 + LDG IT 100 Auto tuner + Diamond HV7CX SOFTWARE : HRD 5.24 + DM 780 for Digitals modes RTTY & PSK + HRD Rotator control via IDIOM PRESS interface board.

LOTW AWARD TRACKING :

An other game LoTW DXCC AWARD : Much more difficult to fill in as many players miss to upload their Logbooks.

The other WAS AWARD (Worked All States) Looking for this Award I discoverred that it's not an easy job to have QSO with all the US states, 12 of them still missingSure one day i will succed, the only pending question is How long time it will last ?

HOBBY :When the Wx is fine enough flying glider is a fantastic game, over wild Pyrennees mountains during hollidays for 3 to 500 km flights in the afternoon, or for some locals a�robatics flights. Take care : Talking about gliding with me could cost you a very long time .

Just below my two seater DG 1000 S 20 meters Wing span glider I use to fly in behalf with my friend, over FONT-ROMEU in French Cerdagna.

No Engine, No Noise, No Gas, Full Free Flying like Birds. (Launch done thanks an electrical Winche )

This one below is an MDM FOX belonging to my son. A fantastic Full a�robatic two seater glider built in Poland and mainly use for competition and training.

Camera here is a GOPRO provided with Bluetooth remote control, mounted on the left wing tip.
