I was born August / 20 / 1954 in Montlucon in central France .From 1971 to 1973 I did my studies in the city of Toulouse in a vocational training center of the signaling and electrical installations for French railways .I got my certificate of operator in the radio club of this school (F5KS) January 11, 1973 .Currently, the center and the radio club ceased to exist .

Since 1973, I worked in the security systems of electrical signaling of the French railways in the region of Limoges .Now I am retired since 2009 .

Married, 3 children (born : 1976 - 1980 - 1995) live Veyrac between Limoges and Oradour/Glane in department 87 .
