Married to F5SQM,Geneviève,we spent many years abroad, working in french embassies.

So, we had different calls as : EI2VCC - FR5FO - BT1BJ - OD/F5SQM (16 000 QSO CW) - 9K2/F6FYA - CT/F6FYA - VE2/F6FYA - W4/F6FYA - GJ-GW-GI-GM-G/F6FYA and guest ops at 7Z1AB (5000 QS0) - BY1BJ (4000 QSO) and ON8DX. 

The station is near TOURS, central west part of France. 300 km south west of Paris, we are in the "french royal castles land", also known as "Le Jardin de la France". We are very close to VILLANDRY,AZAY LE RIDEAU, LANGEAIS and USSE, and not far from CHAMBORD, CHENONCEAUX, CHEVERNY... So, you are welcome !

I'm using FT 1000 MP MV, FT 1000 MP, IC 746 PRO, Commander HF 2500, Alpin 200, SB 220, FL 2100Z, TS 50, 5 el 20 at 21 meters high, 5 el 15 at 17 m, 5 el 10 at 17 m, 3 elts KLM for 40 at 22 meters high, 4 Square 80, dipoles on 40 and 80, shunt-feed and Vertical on 160. Using beverages antennas systems for lower bands, W8JI design !

I'm 98 % CW mode.

For VHF, FT 736 R, yagi 17 elts at 15 meters and 200 watts.

Sometimes, I work with a FT277 E Line, SB 220 and homebrew vertical antenna.

For contest I am TM4Q, only in CW, mostly participating in mono-op category.Time totime,with a CW team. We don't find so many CW operators !
