I have been licenced since 1987,first as G7FBZ then after passing the morse examination at 12wpm i became G0OQQ.I work as a truck driver here in the uk and have been driving for over 30 years.I help run the local VHF repeater GB3NF here in Nottingham. My station equipment consists of FT1000MP MK5 with all optional COLLINS filters fitted. SP8 matching speaker. ACOM 1000 amplifier 1350 watts with 100 watts drive max output. MFJ-962D 1.5KW tuner. MAST 15.METRES. T2X TAILTWISTER rotator. 17M 3ele monobander by WIMO 20M 15M 10M 2ele tribander. I also have various dualband mobile and handheld radios mainly by YAESU. My son DEAN "2E1DEW"and daughter KELLY "2E1EQQ"are also licenced.
