Passed RAE with Distinction in May 1986.

Callsign registered from August 1986.

Station based in South Croydon, Surrey CR2 7BA from then till January 2003.

I left all my 2m/6m antennas there as my new Yorkshire QTH was useless for VHF.

From January 2003 station relocated to Sleights, Whitby, North Yorkshire.

Very little activity from there till I got myself an FT-840 in May 2013.

I use a Half-Size G5RV strung in the attic about 20' above (very sloping) ground and it is oriented N/S (roughly).

My microphone is a Yaesu MD-100 dynamic desk mic.

I still have my QRP RN Electronics 2m/6m transverter (Driven from my ICOM 271E) and will be active on 6m again from this year as soon as I have a viable antenna up.

I now have a 6m homebrew dipole and a 6m homebrew Moxon. The latter hangs in my conservatory and the former in a downstairs room. Both produce excellent results on 6 when there is an opening!
