Good morning sunshine!I have been licensed as G4AKC for over 45 years.

I attained my full "A" class license at 15 years old way back in 1971.

I trained as a Navy Radio and Radar engineering officer in the early 1970's

I have now retired after working at BAE Systems for 36 Years (formerly British Aerospace) as an Air traffic control, Radio, Radar and Navigation Aids Engineer, working as a professional radio and communications engineer.

I am Happily married for over 34 years to my wife "Tracy", although she is not involved in amateur radio she does support me in the hobby.

In my spare time, I enjoy designing and constructing HF mobile and portable type antennas.

My main passion is using my "HF Bicycle" and "HF Pedestrian Mobile" near to the sea shore in Blackpool on the North-West coast of England.

Receiving the RSGB " Norman Keith Adams Award" for Radcom articles on "HF Bicycle and HF Pedestrian Mobile
