Please note someone is using my callsign and address to advertise eqipment they do not have and then steal the senders money.

This is criminal activity and you must not send money to this person. This person is outside the UK and you will receive no goods or money back.

I never use Wetern Union. If you send money this way it will be lost!

I have NO equipment for sale

My ONLY legitimate email address is listed here on QRZ.COM - MY EMAIL IS G8UBJ.IO91UJ@GMAIL.COM

This is the only email I use, other emails are fraudulent

VY 73 Rex G8UBJ

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------oOo-------------------------------------------------------------------

I was first licensed in 1979 at the age of 18, now it seems a long time ago.

I cut my teeth on VHF DX and HF RTTY contesting and whilst I enjoy other activities still do a lot of RTTY.

I have a very short garden so its a challenge to put up a respectable antenna on on HF. Please bear that in mind if you hear me calling. I use a doublet for 40, 20 a 1/2 wave vertical for 10 and an inverted L for other bands

My main mode of operation is RTTY on all the HF bands with an FTDX-5000D, IBM PC with Microham Micro keyer II interface running MMTTY and MMVARI under N1MM Logger which I can recommend to anyone involved in RTTY & contesting.

I have a modest VHF set up but I'm active on 4, 6 & 2M

I will always QSL 100% for all contacts through LOTW (HF and VHF QSO's)

N.B. Due to costs and admin time I am no longer accepting paper QSL's.

I have a huge pile of cards which I will slowly work through in the next six months!

VY 73 de Rex - G8UBJ

N.B. THE FLAG ABOVE IS FOR THE UK NOT ENGLAND. THE ENGLISH NATIONS FLAG IS THE CROSS OF ST GEORGE. I WOULDN'T MENTION IT EXCEPT SCOTLAND AND WALES ARE ALSO PART OF THE UK BUT DISPLAY THEIR NATIONA L FLAGS?
