Click for more detail... The "GA" prefix has been issued to stations in Scotland from August 2009 to 30 November 2009 to celebrate Homecoming Year 2009. This coincides with the 250th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns, our national poet. The letter "A" in the prefix signifies ALBA, the Gaelic name for Scotland. Logs will be uploaded to LOTW on a monthly basis and I will reply to paper QSL's sent to the Buro via GM4KGK. Direct QSL's may not get an immediate response as I shall not be printing cards for this callsign until towards the end of the year.
