I have been a licensed Radio Amateur since 1984,and I'm interested in all aspects of the hobby,but in particular the VHF/UHF bands.My previous calls have included GI1JWS,G1JWS,and G0PWS.Although orginally from Northern Ireland, I moved to London in the late 80's and was active from IO91 square for several years on 2m SSB. BY 1998 I had moved to the Island of Lewis, IO68, where I made many contacts on both 6 and 2 Meters. I am now living in the Highlands of Scotland, in a small village called Carrbridge. It is about 35 KM south of the City of Inverness,and is located within the Cairngorm National Park.
