�100 ft tower down in england with homebrewQuagi 20 and 15 mtrs being attacked by a rapidly descending baloon. The guy was pumping gas into the baloon but all it did was to carry on falling.  He missed the tower by 20 feet and landed accross the highway on a golf course. I meanwhile  was gesticulating to him go away in plauin english.
