PLEASE DO NOT SEND CARDS VIA BUREAU THE RSGB WILL NOT ALLOW US TO RETURN

THEM VIA BUREAU EVEN THOUGH THE OPERATORS ARE ALL MEMBERS

............................................ **** GP0STH .. 2014 ***

..........................................All the logs are on LOTW (read on for paper qsl information )

Hi ..Alan and I had a great time on Guernsey again in March ,thanks to all who called in .We had 5200 qso,s in about 50 on air hours so averaged 100 or so per on air hour. ..We were busy ........

I usually go with Lee G0DBE but Lee had to drop out at the last moment and Alan filled his place brilliantly which to be honest was no surprise as Alan is an accomplished operator in his own right proved by his recent getting onto honour roll with all Dxcc countries now worked ..( from a mobile on 100 watts ) incredible.

..I will be going back to Guernsey later in the year with Lee again so it should be a good time again with a bit of luck ..

.. Dates etc will be on this site when finalised . 73 and good luck .... Ron G4DIY..

***IMPORTANT INFO RE QSL'S *** If you need a QSL card please go DIRECT to G4DIY or why not save trees etc and use Logbook of the World on the ARRL

                                                 PLEASE DONT SEND VIA BUREAU

Hi Ron G4DIY here. Thanks for looking our operation up on QRZ. I am the organiser of our club operations from various UK islands and operate with my buddy Lee (G0DBE see him operating also on QRZ ) and Alan G4NXG

Todate I have ran the St Helens Radio Club call from a number of locations and since the mid 80's with callsigns. G0STH / GX0STH / GC0STH / GH0STH /GP0STH /GT0STH / GN0STH and had in the region of 45,000 qso,s. Still enjoy doing it now as allways, We set up each March or October on Guernsey island for a 4 or 5 day operation. Its a real buzz hearing all the stations calling us especially on cw. LOTW now updated with our latest operation NOV 2012
Regards Ron G4DIY Sec. for The St Helens DX Radio Club GP0STH QSL manager is G4DIY also on QRZ

PLEASE DO NOT SEND QSL CARDS VIA THE BUREAU AS WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM AT ALL AND IF WE DO WE CANNOT RETURN THEM VIA THE BUREAU

We cannot use the bureau at the present time due to problems with the RSGB not forwarding cards despite the operators being members of the RSGB !

We are very sorry about this but the RSGB are not now sending club operations qsl,s using a via callsign .unless the club is also a member! Depsite all the club operators being members !

Regretfully the UK International Airmail postal rates have gone up again and 1$ US does not cover the cost of an Air Mail stamp

Please enclose a Self addressed envolope and sufficient postage / Stamp/ IRC /Green Stamps etc

Or why not use Log Book of the World and save money and tree,s .
