Hi Ron G4DIY here. Thanks for looking our operation up on QRZ. I am the organiser of our club operations from various UK islands and operate with my buddy Lee (G0DBE see him operating also on QRZ ) Todate I have ran the St Helens Radio Club call from a number of locations and since the mid 80's with callsigns. G0STH / GX0STH / GC0STH / GH0STH /GP0STH /GT0STH / GN0STH and had in the region of 45,000 qso,s. Still enjoy doing it now as allways, We set up each March or October on Guernsey island for a 4 or 5 day operation. Its a real buzz hearing all the stations calling us especially on cw. LOTW now updated with our latest operation NOV 2011
Regards Ron G4DIY Sec. for The St Helens DX Radio Club GP0STH QSL manager is G4DIY also on QRZ
PLEASE DO NOT SEND QSL CARDS VIA THE BUREAU AS WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM AT ALL.
We cannot use the bureau at the present time due to problems with the RSGB not forwarding cards despite the operators being members of the RSGB !
We are very sorry about this but the RSGB are not now sending club operations qsl,s using a via callsign .
Regretfully the UK International Airmail postal rates have gone up again and 1$ US does not cover the cost of an Air Mail stamp
Please enclose a Self addressed envolope and sufficient postage / Stamp/ IRC /Green Stamps etc
Or why not use Log Book of the World and save money and tree,s .
