This is the Callsign for the Havering & District Amateur Radio Club.

QSL cards may be sent direct to the QSL Manager G3SVK (QRZ.COM) or via the Bureau. Please include a self addressed envelope plus $2US or 2 IRCs for airmail outside EU, or 1 IRC or $1US within Europe. QSLs are OK via the bureau and are OK using eQSL.

Celebrating over 47 years of the Havering and District Amateur Radio Club, based in Hornchurch, Essex which is around 20 Km East of London. The Club takes part in most of the major contests using both VHF and HF. The Club also run Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced courses and examinations.

Sometimes the club will use the special event station callsign of GB2HRC, G8HRC, GX8HRCor G4HRC. When working from other locations the callsigns may use /P for portable operation or /A from an alternative QTH.

To celebrate the Club's long service to amateur radio, emphasis is currently being given to CW operation using the callsign GX4HRC/A or GX8HRC/A from the QTH of G3SVK and operator is Fred. Using an FT857D, 100watts and a dipole antenna.The QRA location is JO01CO and the (Worked All Britian - WAB) square is TQ57 London.
