My name is Alexandrosz Szvarnasz. My father (HG7JQJ) is originally Greek. I was first licensed as an opeartor at HA7KMP club station in Tiszakürt in 1982. Then I received my personal call (HA7JQK) in August, 1984 and started to transmit there.

Later I moved to Békéscsaba and trained to be a primary teacher & a teacher of English at the local college from 1991 to 1995. Now I live here and enjoy the activity with several friends. First I used HA7JQK/8, but the system of ham callsign use has been changed recently and now I use HA7JQK again. My daughter, Aténé is learning the morse code in the picture below.
