New! My village of origin Jaszszentlaszlo celebrates its 140th year of foundation. For this event we will use special callsign HG140JLO throughout the year 2014 till 31st December. Operators are: HA8KW, HA8RG, HA8RT and HA8ZE. QSL via HA8KW direct or via bureau. We also exchange e-QSL requests. For further details please visit http://www.qrz.com/db/HG140JLO.

I was recently active as 3V8SM from Djerba Island (AF-083), Tunisia as guest operator on days of 28, 30 and 31 July 2013 between around 20:00-23:00 UTC.

3V8SM QSL for this period only is via HA8KW, direct or through the HA QSL bureau. All direct and bureau requests arrived till mid December 2013 were replied together with Z38/HA8KW cards. 73, Feco

I've been member of Z38N team for 2012 CQWW CW Contest. We enjoyed Z37M team's great hospitality. Before the contest I was active with Z38/HA8KW callsign for short time to test the gear and antennas. I send my card for sure same way as arrived.

Due to a recently started excavation we did not get permission to land on Giresun Island so neither TA0/HA8KW nor TC0HA will be on the air in year 2012. We will not give up, see you hopefully next year!

From 4th to 9th July 2010 we were operating from a youth camp near Szeged at lake Feherto, located in Pusztaszeri Tk. Nature Reserve (WFF: HAFF-036), grid loc: KN06bh.

The youth - among many other tasks to fulfill - activated HA8KID callsign. Most of them were making their first QSOs so TNX for your patience with them. Supporting adults in background were: HA8CX/P, HA8DD/P, HA8ER/P, HA8ZE/P and myself, HA8KW/P.

Rig: FT450 (100W)

Antennas: W3DZZ for 80-40-20-15-10m, "SLIM JIM" vertical for 6m and a "V" ant for the rest.

Full color QSL cards were sent out via the bureau to all stations who worked us.

PSE DON'T SEND ME YJ0KW AND/OR FM/HA8KW RQUESTS! Someone pirated me. If Igo somewhere you'll find info here in due course.
I am a CW enthusiast, and besides beeing in love with high speed CW, let's meet also with a simple straight key at least between 15:00-1700Z on 80m-band on Sunday of 2nd full weekend in April every year! For details visit:

My e-mail address:
is public for everyone but do not abuse it pse.

For saving some time and efforts wasted so far, and avoiding considerable amount of cards coming back stamped "Not member","Not QSLing", "Unknown", "Denied" etc. - my QSL policy effective for QSOs made after 1st January 2007 is as follows:

- Not each contact will automatically be QSLed any more, except those ones I consider rare, peculiar or needed for specific purposes, e.g. awards etc.;

- Each QSL request from you is 100% answered as follows:

*** my QSL for any incoming bureau-card goes via bureau;
*** direct request with SAE without sufficient return postage returns via bureau;
*** direct request with SAE with sufficient return postage (or SASE) returns direct;
*** e-mail request for my bureau-card returns via bureau.

- return postage: recently 2 USD or 1 EUR or 1 IRC (new-styled only, valid till end of 2017) covers postage.
- e-mail requests: send your message to provicsf(at)invitel(dot)co(dot)hu indicating main data (your call, date, time, band, report, remarks) of QSO and a QSL to you will be part of next outgoing bunch of bureau cards. This way is particularly recommended to SWLs to save half time for QSL return.

- Although I am actually not interested in e-QSLing, I am member of eQSL.cc with Authenticity Guaranteed status. If you send me an eQSL.cc request I try to answer by uploading apropriate data as soon as possible. Furthermore, if time permits I upload my QSOs occasionally.
- ARRL-LoTW: Sorry not member yet.
