IMPORTANT for QSLing:
For saving some time and efforts wasted so far, and avoiding considerable amount of cards coming back stamped "Not member","Not QSLing", "Unknown", "Denied" etc. - my QSLpolicy effective for QSOs made after 1st January 2007 is as follows:

PAPERCARDS:
- Not each contact will automatically be QSLed any more, except those ones I consider rare, peculiar or need for specific purposes, e.g. awards etc.;

- Each QSL request from you is 100% answered as follows:

*** my QSL for incoming bureau-card goes via bureau;
*** direct request with SAE without sufficient return postage returns via bureau;
*** direct request with SAE with sufficient return postage (or SASE) returns direct;
*** e-mail request for my bureau-card returns via bureau.

NOTE:
- return postage: recently 2 USD or 1 EUR or 1 IRC (new-styled only, valid till end of 2009) covers postage.
- e-mail requests: send your message to provicsf(at)invitel(dot)co(dot)hu indicating main data (your call, date, time, band, report, remarks) of QSO.

e-QSLs:
- Although I am actually not interested in e-QSLing, I am member of eQSL.cc with Authenticity Guaranteed status. If you send me an eQSL.cc request I try to answer by uploading apropriate data as soon as possible. Furthermore, if time permits I upload my QSOs occasionally.
- ARRL-LoTW: Sorry not member yet.
