90th anniversary of Poland's independence regained after 123 years of partitions. Work the above-specified special-event stations from 03.11 to 23.11.2008, using CW, SSB or RTTY, same station on other bands. Work all the special-event stations to receive the "Excellent" sticker. Work the stations on two different bands or in two different modes to receive the "Splendid" sticker. Minimum 90 points are required. PR stations give 5 pts. for SP, 10 pts. for EU and 20 pts. for DX; other SP stations give 1 pt. for SP, 3 pts. for EU and 5 pts. for DX.
