Please do not send usa mail stamps.

I preferd qsl direct to usa address with 2 irc and sase. The mail that arrive to usa address is perodically sent to Colombia, country where i live and operate from Bogota. When i send a qsl to you, i do it from Colombia so i spent 2 mails charges, one from usa and other from colombia, so please understand why i need 2 irc.

I have had a lot of throubles with Colombian mail becouse i do not receive your qsls.
