From JULY 2013, for paper QSL my QSL manager will be only F4EUG.

If you need direct paper QSL:

--for all contries stations: enclose an S.A.E. and at least 1 new IRC or 2 "green stamp" to cover postage.

--for French stations: joindre seulement une enveloppe self-adressée et timbrée.

and sent it to my QSL manager:

My name is François, (I’m using also some times “Frank”).I born in 1944 and retired since 2002. I am french ,but I’m living since 2004 in Colombia (my heart country).My QTH is La Tebaida (locator FJ24BK),18Km to south from Armenia (capital city of Quindío department).

I have also and always my French licence F3FB since 1962. I have been also: TN2FB (Républic of Congo) in 1999 (officialy call).FY5FN (French Guyana) in 1989/1991. FE3FB/5N3 (Republic of Nigeria)in 1991/2004. And from 2005 I have been HK2FBO, 2006 HK6FBO and from 2009 HK6CF.

Now,I have poor ham-radio activity and only SSB on 80 to 10 meters bands.Some times on 6 meters and rarely on 2 meters.
