Just a few word about me

I was born in 1956 and I discovered the radio at 8.
Ham licenced since the spring 1977 while I was 20.
The first station I had, was composed of Drake receiver R-4C accomplished with 300 W ERE XT600 transmitter (next replaced with Drake T-4XC).
Drake line was the dream into the drawer, the love of the life, the which is still beside me, in good performance too.
I have lived in Mariano Comense since 1982 while I got married.
After several years of HF stand-by, I removed the dust and got the control of the situation adding a new RTX and a homebrew P.A.

QSL info

- LoTW (efficient and almost in real time)
- Bureau (free of charge but needs long time)
- Direct (sometimes quick but expensive)

SWL report cards are welcome.

The station

Drake line C
Kenwood TS-790 V-U-SHF all mode
Kenwood TM-731 V-UHF FM for locals
Yaesu FT-2000

The QTH

My QTH is situated very closed to Como and his
lovely lake.
I advise anybody visiting Italy to enclose it in the trip.
Every season is good to appreciate colors and a magic atmosphere of these places.
A lot of people come spending relaxing days visiting history too.
If you have pleasure, please inform me of your visit.
