www.strangeradioteam.com This is a special call released for the Strange Radio Event 2005. This Event will happen from 00:00 UTC , October 21st 2005, to Oct. 23rd, 2005; this call will also be valid until November 4th, 2005 . After that it should be considered expired.

Similar calls II1SRT, II3SRT, II5SRT, II6SRT, II7SRT, II8SRT, II9SRT, will be active on the same days.

Other two calls involved as Jolly stations for this event will be the Club Stations IQ8BB and IQ8TA .

for projects and his activity. Strange Radio Team with the collaboration of Salerno and Taranto ARI clubs is pleased to introduce to the ham community the: **2nd STRANGE RADIO EVENT **

This event will be yearly but its goal will change every year. In order to partecipate to the Strange Radio event the following rules as to be followed:

1- Date: from the 00,00 GMT of 21 October to the 24,00 GMT of 23 October 2005.

2- S.R.T. stations and the associates of respective Sections A.R.I. are worth 3 points, the special calls are worth 5 points and the special station is worth 10 points. These stations can be connected once every day per single band.

3- To obtain the Strange Radio Event Certificate 30 points minimum are requested.

4- Categories: S48 (Single Operator 40-80 mt), SMB (Single Operator MultiBand 10-15-20-40-80 mt), SWL, only way of emission: SSB.

5- Plates: First classified S48, First Classified, First SMB and Classified SWL. In parity case, the prize will go to the station that will have realized the greater number of QSO. Prizes will carry out during the 3rd the Strange Radio Meeting Salerno 2006.

6- The proceeds, to clearly of expenses, will be devolven, for 2005 entire to the association Friends of the Madagascar, Onlus

7- S.R.T. stations callsigns, special callsigns and special station callsign will be diffuse as soon as possible through the Ham community.

8- Logs: to obtain the Strange Radio Event Certificate log has to be sent within and not beyond the 30 November 2005. 10 euros or 15 $ are requested plus eventually free voluntary contribution to the Event Manager IZ7DOK Marco De Carlo Via degli Orefici 6, 73100 Lecce, Italy

Lo Strange Radio Team in collaborazione con le Sezioni A.R.I. di Salerno e di Taranto, presenta un evento che è occasione di contatto tra OM e mano tesa verso il prossimo...

**2nd STRANGE RADIO EVENT **

Tale manifestazione avrà cadenza annuale, ma con orientamento diverso anno per anno. La partecipazione allo Strange Radio Event comporta l'accettazione ed il rispetto di quanto segue:

1-Durata: dalle 00.00 GMT del 21 ottobre alle 24.00 GMT del 23 ottobre 2005.

2-Le stazioni S.R.T. ed i soci delle rispettive Sezioni A.R.I. valgono 3 punti, i nominativi speciali valgono 5 punti e la stazione speciale vale 10 punti. Queste stazioni possono essere collegate una volta al giorno per ogni singola banda.

3-Per il conseguimento dello Strange Radio Event Certificate necessitano 30 punti.

4-Categorie: S48 ( Singolo Operatore 40-80 mt ), SMB ( Singolo Operatore Multi Banda 10-15-20-40-80 mt ), SWL , unico modo di emissione utilizzato: SSB.

5-Premiazione con Targhe del: Primo classificato S48, Primo Classificato SMB e Primo Classificato SWL. In caso di parità, il premio andrà alla stazione che avrà realizzato il maggior numero di QSO. La premiazione si svolgerà nel corso del 3rd Strange Radio Meeting Salerno 2006.

6- L' incasso, al netto delle spese, sarà devoluto, per il 2005 interamente all' Associazione Amici del Madagascar, Onlus

7-I nominativi delle stazioni S.R.T., i nominativi speciali e quello della stazione speciale saranno diffusi con ogni mezzo disponibile ed in adeguato anticipo.

8-Per ottenere lo Strange Radio Event Certificate inviare l' estratto log entro e non oltre il 30 Novembre 2005, più 10 euro, più eventuale contributo volontario libero all' Event Manager IZ7DOK Marco De Carlo, Via Degli Orefici 6, 73100 Lecce.
