Hello old man, i'm Victor, amateur radio from Italy. I'm born june 29,1965 and my amateur licence date april 13,1983. I'm an electronic engineer working in radio repeaters environment. In radio, i work mostly CW for DX QSOs. At the moment, i made over 24.000 QSOs; i reach the DXCC CW HONOR ROLL in 1994 and i have all countries in mixed, only missed P5 in CW .Also owner of the difficult 5B-WAZ 200 zones award. My radios are Yaesu FT 1000D, FTdx5000, FT2000D and TS590; ULTRABEAM dynamic antenna 3 element from 10 to 40m; half-sloper for 80m and inverted L for 160m, plus a receiving loop; DXCC and all 40 WAZ zones reached in top-band, more than 230 countries worked, i like this band !
Yagi 5 element for 6 meter band. My major interest is working new countries in CW mode, but i make some QSOs also in RTTY ,PSK31, SSTV, and SSB. Thank-you for reading this, i hope to see you next. Was active also in 630m-472KHz band. TX home made CW, antenna inverted L with 17m vertical, 42m horizontal. Receiver FTdx5000 with antenna Wellbrook ALA1530. Now in stand-by.
