Con lo scopo di promuovere il sughero sardo e del suo impiego nei più svariati ambiti, un gruppo di radioamatori sardi in collaborazione con il GRSNM (Gruppo Radioamatori Sardi nel Mondo), su idea e realizzazione di IS0BRD, organizza la 2° edizione del Diploma Permanente del Sughero Sardo anno 2012, Tale diploma è aperto a tutti gli OM/SWL italiani e stranieri.
PERIODO
Il concorso si svolgerà dal 1° giugno al 31ottobre 2012, salvo proroghe dovute alla condizioni propagative.
Avrà valenza retroattiva, a partire dall’anno 2006, solo per gli OM E SWL stranieri. Perciò tutti gli OM/SWL Europei che avranno collegato/ascoltato, a partire dal 2006, n° 20 radioamatori sardi, validi un punto ciascuno, potranno richiedere il diploma. Per gli OM/SWL Extraeuropei saranno necessari solo 15 punti.

Tutte le bande HF (WARC inclusi ) e VHF in SSB, CW e modi digitali.

PUNTEGGIO
Il QS0/HRD con la stazione sarda vale 1 punto, durante il collegamento, quest’ultima passerà l’RST e il numero progressivo. Durante il contest saranno attivate stazioni speciali che potranno valere da 2 a 3 punti.
E’ necessario per il controllo del punteggio inviare la copia del log di stazione via e-mail all’ Award Manager IS0BRD contealex1@libero.it.
DIPLOMA
Il diploma è composto da una pergamena in formato A3 e 3 cartoline di sughero da applicare allo stesso; il tutto completamente a colori. Per ricevere il diploma le stazioni che ne faranno richiesta dovranno corrispondere €15 o $ 20, tramite ricarica su carta POSTEPAY n° 4023-6006-2443-8117 .intestata ad Alessandro Franceschi codice fiscale n. FRNLSN61T13B354Q.
Per quest’anno è prevista, su richiesta, una targa crest completamente in sughero con sopra applicata la targa in metallo stampata a colori del diploma.

A group of Sardinian OM in collaboration with GRSM (Gruppo Radio Amatori Sardi nel Mondo) on a idea and organization by IS0BRD organizes the 2nd edition of permanent Sardinian Cork Diploma. The porpuse is the promotion of Sardinian Cork and its use. The diploma is open to Italian and foreign OM/SWL.
PERIOD
The contest will be take place from 01/06/2012 to 31/10/2012 save extension due to propagation conditions.
It have retroactive validity from 2006 only for foreign OM/SWL. So all European OM/SWL who from 2006 will got in touch a listened to 20 Sardinian Radio Hams, have 1 point for each station, and get the diploma. For the Extra European OM/SWL will need only 15 points to get the diploma.

All HF bands (WARC inclused) and VHF in SSB, CW and digital modes.

SCORES
The QSO/HRD with Sardinian OM is worth 1 point. The Sardinian Station will passed the QRK and the progressive number of QSO. During the contest some special stations will also actived. These stations will be worth 2 or 3 points.

DIPLOMA
The diploma consists of a color parchement in A3 format and 3 cork QSL.
The diploma will be given on demand to the stations that will request it at the cost of € 15 or $ 20. Money must be entered in Mr. Alessandro Franceschi . account Postepay ° 4023-6006-2443-8117. codice fiscale FRNLSN61T13B354Q .
This year is available on demand a cork crest with color metallic diploma (see qrz,com page of IS0BRD).
