Even in a period of “low propagation” may be waived linear amplifier . I have also given up to 100 watts! I am reborn and I enjoy the real charm of the Radio!
My rig: Icom IC 7600 -Kenwood TS 480 SAT (for mobile activity)- Old Yaesu FT 101 ZD-only 5 watts output + Half-Sloper - multiband home made antenna 20 m. long and short vertical 3 m. long + coils for mobile, also home made


Easily contact each day many European countries . also some special prefix like EA8, CN8,SV5, SV9, TA, 4Z4, JY, 5Z, 6W, SU8JOTA,A4, EA9, 7Z, ZB, 7X, A6, 5H, CT9, OY, ZC4 ecc.

After 12 years in QRT I have taken the amateur radio January 3, 2011, QRP –CW.

many K / W, VE,J88DR, ZS6X,K4XU (Oregon, (/p in my car, QRB abt 9.500 km!),VQ9LA (Big Pile-up!), CX5BW, CX7CO,1A0KM (Big Pile-up!), KP4MS, 5R8AL, AB3CX (/p in my car, 14 Mhz, with "3 m vert,"home made antenna…), 5B8AD, S9DX (Big Pile-up On 14 Mhz!!) When he heard "/QRP" the operator asked me what antenna you were using and made me compliments! Magic moments…
