Hello everybody, thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Serena. I live in the countryside of a small town in the north-east of Italy. A very quiet place, indeed! I've been a ham since 1995.

My equipment is an ICOM 756 PRO III, the amplifier is JRC JRL-2000F, the microphone is an ICOM SM-20. I usually use a Cubical Quad 4 elements for 10, 12, 15, 17, 20 metres, a vertical antenna positioned in the middle of a little lake in my garden for 40 metres and a Carolina Windom for 160, 80, 40,30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 6 metres. I prefer the Cubical Quad because it has a high gain.

I share this hobby and all the equipment with my husband, IW3GRG. He is a radio technician and does a lot of experiments with antennas.
